Profilage complet et quantitatif de l'expression des gènes

Precision propose des tests de profilage de l'expression génique et de transcriptomique pour surveiller l'état immunitaire à l'aide des technologies de séquençage de nouvelle génération (NGS), NanoString, qPCR et Droplet Digital™ PCR (ddPCR). Pour les types d'échantillons et les besoins autres que le profilage immunitaire des biopsies, Precision propose également une suite complète d'applications génomiques.

Séquenceurs NGS Illumina et Thermo Fisher

Nous utilisons à la fois Illumina et Thermo Fisher pour le séquençage next-gen. Les études RNA-seq sont également réalisées avec Illumina, y compris le panel AmpliSeq for Illumina Immune Response Panel.

NanoString nCounter®

Pour les études quantitatives d'expression génique hautement multiplexées, nous utilisons la plateforme NanoString nCounter®. Ce système détecte directement l'ARN, évitant ainsi le risque de biais introduit par les approches basées sur l'amplification par PCR.

QX200™ ddPCR™
