Capacités d'analyse de l'ADN et de l'ARN par qPCR de Precision

Nous pouvons concevoir, valider et mettre en œuvre une large gamme d'essais qPCR, y compris :

  • Génotypage : généralement utilisé pour évaluer un groupe spécifique de gènes lorsque les anomalies sont connues à l'avance.
  • Variation du nombre de copies : utile pour cribler des gènes spécifiques lorsque l'on soupçonne une amplification ou une délétion du gène.
  • Profilage de l'expression génétique : mesure de la différence des niveaux d'expression d'un groupe spécifique de gènes.
  • Analyse des SNP

L'instrumentation

Precision utilise l'instrumentation qPCR QuantStudio 12K Flex en conjonction avec la technologie OpenArray™.

OpenArray est une technologie abordable qui minimise l'utilisation de réactifs et équivaut à l'exécution de 32 plaques de 384 puits, générant 12 000 points de données.
